Protective Centennial G II ULsm, which replaces the Centennial G UL (in approved states), will maintain the popular lapse protection feature* while offering leading lifetime level premiums and improved competitive pricing for single-premium sales and 1035/dump-in cases in most age, gender, and underwriting classes. It also continues to offer value to agents with rolling target premiums for the first 24 months and the same first-year and renewal commission rates.
Centennial G II offers your client:
• Lifetime Level premiums for lifetime coverage that consistently ranks at the top in our core market among competitors in most age, gender, and underwriting classes
• Improved competitive pricing for single-premium sales and 1035/dump-in cases
• A flexible lapse protection guarantee (client selects the guarantee period)*
• Riders protected under lapse protection guarantee*
• Banded rates at $50,000, $250,000 and $1 million face amounts
• Same available issue ages and underwriting classes
o Select Preferred and Preferred Tobacco 18 – 75
o Preferred, Non-Tobacco & Tobacco 18 – 85
• Minimum Face Amount of $50,000 for Non-Tobacco & Tobacco classes
• A Company-approved plan for evidence-free exchanges and conversions (subject to terms and conditions)
• 12-month grace period for receipt of 1035 money
Conversions from eligible term or
term-like plans:
• Centennial G II can be used for term conversions in states where it is available for sale
• 100% of normal commissions on target premium and incentives
• Only available for PIR options if the PIR is attached to an existing Centennial G plan on the same insured
• Not available for any rider conversions (including the Covered Insured Rider and Children's Term Rider)
• Not available for GIR Options

The annual golf outing was held August 28, 2008, at Acacia Country Club in Lyndhurst, OH.  The highlight of the golf tournament was a hole in one by Frank Rossi.   He aced the #16 par three, 150 yards, with a nine iron.  The highlight of the banquet that evening was an appearance by Elvis.
